With reference to the above subject, approval is hereby granted to Aakash Healthcare Super Specialty Hospital, Road No. 201, Sector — 03, Dwarka, New Delhi 110075 empanelled under CGHS Delhi/NCR as a NABH Accredited Hospital for addition of following services in the scope of services empanelled under CGHS as per NABH Scope of Accreditation, w.e.f. 25.08.2022.

Services Added: Transplant Services (Bone Marrow, Cornea and Renal).

2. The other terms & conditions of empanelment shall remain unchanged.
