Subject: Upgradation of IP Sub Division, Bhinga to ASP Sub-Division, under Behraich Postal Division, Uttar Pradesh Circle – reg.

Sir/Madam,

I am directed to convey the approval of Competent Authority on Uttar Pradesh Circle’ proposal for upgradation of IP Sub Division, Bhinga to ASP Sub-Division under Behraich Postal Division, Uttar Pradesh subject to the following conditions:

(i) The proposed redeployment of posts will not affect the smooth working of their present offices;

(ii) There is sufficient improvement in the revenue generation so as to cover the overall expenditure. Circle may review the financial performance and work load of the sub division such as ECR/Income Cost Ratio of the offices, and take appropriate action;

(iii) The posts proposed for redeployment are live posts and have not been surrendered or recommended for surrender by any work study team/SIU study/during cadre review committee;

(iv) Circle may also ensure that the proposed posts for re-deployment have not been categorized as ‘deemed abolished’, as per DoE OM No. 7(1)/E.Coord-l/2017 dated 05.01.2024

2. In view of the above, Circle is requested to take further necessary action in the matter and furnish an Action Taken Report (ATN) to this office at the earliest.

3. This sanction issues with the approval of competent authority. The advice of Integrated Finance Wing was conveyed vide their Diary no. 16/2024-25/FA-CS(P) dated 14.05.2024.
