Subject: Gramin Dak Sevaks (Compassionate Engagement) Scheme, 2023 – clarification.
Sir/Madam,
Please refer to Addendum-III to GDS (Compassionate Engagement) Scheme, 2023 dated 27.06.2024.
2. In this regard, it is clarified that the provision of ‘Married Daughter’ included for the compassionate engagement as GDS will apply from the introduction of the GDS (Compassionate Engagement) Scheme, 2023 dated 14.06.2023. Any case rejected on this ground after introduction of the scheme may be re-opened and decided accordingly.
