It is stated that Mission Karmayogi aims to prepare workforce ready for the future by making them more creative, constructive, imaginative, proactive, professional, progressive, energetic, enabling, transparent and technology enabled.
In this regard, it is important that all our staff should be trained on working with computers. Though most of our staff is currently digitally literate, yet an effort should be made to ensure that nobody is left behind-in this digitally connected world Also as part of Mission Karmayogi, all our employees have to finally be onboarded to iGOT platform.
To begin with, it is requested to ensure that our employees at the level of TT, ATT etc or any such staff who are not comfortable with working on computer may be provided basic computer familiarization training at circle/ BA level in time bound manner so that they are able to navigate through our important portals. A suitable record of such trainings may be maintained at circle level.
