CGHS Delhi NCR Removes 13 Health Care Organisations from Empanelled List with Immediate Effect
The Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS) has taken a major administrative step by removing 13 Health Care Organisations (HCOs) from its empanelled list under CGHS Delhi NCR, effective 3 December 2025. The order was issued by the Office of the Additional Director, CGHS (HQ).
According to the Office Memorandum, these hospitals, diagnostic centres, exclusive eye-care centres and dental clinics had been repeatedly instructed to onboard the TMS 2.0 platform—a mandatory system for uploading bills of pensioner CGHS beneficiaries. Despite multiple reminders, the 13 HCOs failed to comply within the stipulated period.
Following review, CGHS has decided to remove these non-compliant HCOs from the empanelled list with immediate effect.
Ongoing Treatment Will Continue
CGHS has clarified that this decision will not affect patients currently admitted or undergoing treatment in any of these HCOs. Such treatments will continue at CGHS rates until completion.

What Beneficiaries Should Do Now
CGHS beneficiaries in Delhi NCR should:
- Check whether the hospitals they frequently use remain empanelled
- Refer to the updated list on the official CGHS website
- Seek assistance from their CGHS Wellness Centre if they require clarification
Those currently receiving treatment in any of the 13 delisted HCOs do not need to worry—their treatment will continue at notified CGHS rates until completion.
