Subject: Award of President’s Police Medal for Distinguished Service/ Police Medal for Meritorious Service on the occasion of Independence Day 2022- regarding correction of Name & Designation of the Awardee.
Sir/Madam,
I am directed to refer to this Ministry’s letter of even number dated 14th August 2022 on the subject mentioned above by which President’s Police Medal for Distinguished Service and Police Medal for Meritorious Service on the occasion of Independence Day 2022 has been announced.
2. It is requested that Name and Designation of the awardee may be checked and verified thoroughly and intimated to this Ministry latest by 9th September 2022 through email ([email protected]) & FAX (011-23094009). If no communication is received by 9th September 2022, it would be presumed that there is no error and request for correction would not be entertained thereafter.
3. This may be treated as TIME BOUND.
