To
All ACC (Zones), Director (PDUNASS), ACC(ASD),
All RPFC/OIC in-charge of RO/ZTI/ASD-HO.
Subject : Strengthening of Administration – Periodical Review under FR 56(j) and Rule 48 of CCS (Pension) Rules, 1972 -regarding.
Ref: HR/AVS/NZ/193/56-3/2015/589 dated 14.06.2017.
It is to inform that as per above mentioned circular, it is proposed to conduct Screening and Review of the officials holding the post of EO/AO and Equivalent under FR-56 (j) and Rule 48 of CCS (Pension) Rules, 1972 who are coming under zone of consideration on quarterly basis.
2. In view of the above, please refer to the Point 6 of circular dated 14.06.2017 vide which the field offices were apprised with the composition of Screening and Review Committee. In this regard, the composition of Review Committee for EO/AO and equivalent cadres is as follows:
(i) ACC in Head Office nominated by CPFC.
(ii) ACC (HRM)/ RPFC(HRM)
(iii) DD (Vig) Hqrs
3. Accordingly, all field offices are requested to complete the exercise of Screening Committee for EO/AO and Equivalent cadres and forward the minutes of the meeting along with recommendations to the Head Office in order to convene Review Committee Meeting in respect of EO/AO and Equivalent cadres.
4. This matter shall be considered as MOST URGENT.
