Sir/ Madam,

With reference to the above referred circulars regarding model calendar for conducting timely DPCs, it is expected that DPCs have been completed as per the timelines mentioned in the calendar.

In view of above, it is requested that orders of promotion of all eligible/recommended employees may be issued well in time so that the joining can be effected from the due date i.e. 01st of January, 2024 (for available vacancies).
