Of Late it is observed that a number of enquiries are being made for updation of budget allotment / status of bill processed in Tulip server and resetting of password in unit login ID of CDA Guwahati dynamic website for information through client area.

In this regard it is mentioned that, official email ID (of domain name *.gov.in, *.nic.in, *.hub.nic.in etc.) of several Army units under your command and control are not linked with Tulip database at the time of creation of Unit Code. Also in CDA Guwahati dynamic website, registration of several units has been done through personal NIC email IDs.

This is creating major security issues in updation of allotment data in tulip server by Accounts section of M.O. CDA Guwahati and resetting of password in unit login ID of CDA Guwahati dynamic website for unit related information, when personal email ID holder posted out.

In this connection it is requested that all the units who have not created/linked their official email ID yet, have to create their unique government email IDs (of domain name *.gov.in, *.nic.in, *.hub.nic.in etc) by their nodal offices and submit the information to M.O. CDA Guwahati for early linking/updation on both Tulip server as well as CDA Guwahati dynamic website to resolved the functional issues and make the exchange of documents secured and easy.
