Sir,
I am to refer to your letter dated 04.07.2023 regarding Clarification for the settlement of TA Claims for attending various departmental examinations Conducted by the Samiti ang to inform that as per decision of the Competent Authority & as per Supplementary Rule (SR) 130, a Government Servant is Entitled to draw traveling allowance only for the obligatory departmental Examination. Pending claims May be Settled accordingly & old cases are not to be opened.
