Suoject: Filling the post of Principal, Vice Principal, Section Officer, Finance Officer, PGTs, TGTs and Head Master through Limited Departmental Competitive Examination (LDCE-2022) – Clarifications.
Sir/Madam,
In continuation of this office notification dated 02.11.2022 on the subject cited above it is to inform you that the online link for filling up application has been made live at 5 pm of 4.11.2022. After the online portal made live this office has received some Clarifications trom candidates as well as regional offices. Accoordingly, the reply to clarifications sought are given as under:-

| 1 | Whether the service of employees joined KVS from CTSA and NVS will count as eligibility criteria for applying from feeder post to promotional post? | No. The regular service in KVS will only counted from feeder post to promotional post as per recruitment rules. |
| 2 | Whether the regular service of PRT in KVS will be eligible for applying the post of TGT when reverted back to the post of PRT after joining to the post of TGT at Anis own request? | No. Such candidate will be eligible on completing 0S years regular service as PRT after reversion in KVS subject to fulfilment of other eligibility criteria with crucial date of eligibility as per recruitment rules. |
| 3 | Whether PGT having 05 years regular service in KVS and other deptt will ce eligible or not for applying to the post of Vice-principal? | No. PGT having 05 years regular service as PGT in KVS only will be eligible for applying to the post of Vice-Principal subject to fulfillment of other eligibility criteria with crucial date of eligibility as per recruitment rules. |
| 4 | The crucial date of eligibility for the for the year 2023 has been fixed as 1.4.2023. The result of B.Ed will likely to declared in Feb, 2023. Whether, the candidates are eligible for applying to various posts for the year 2023 where the result is like to be declared in Feb /Mar 2023 ? | Such candidates will not be eligible for applying to the vacancies for the year 2023. The candidate must have acquired requisite Educational Qualification on or before the closing date of filing of online application. However, regular service in KVS in the feeder post will be reckoned on 01.04.2023 for being eligible for the vacancy of 2023. |
Further, the last date for creation of application link by the controlling officer and circulation to all employees has been extended from 09.11.2022 io 12.41.2022.
This issue with the approval of the competent authority.
