Withdrawal of Resignation – All India Services
The Department of Personnel and Training (DOPT) has issued detailed guidelines governing the matter of withdrawal of resignation by an Officer pertaining to All India services. The various conditions regarding time limit for withdrawal after he has filed his resignation to the concerned authorities, his conduct during the intervening period, availability of the post that he had vacated etc. have been stipulated in the notification.
