Special Concessions to employees of Kashmir Valley

It has been decided by Government to continue the following package of concessions and incentives earlier extended to Central Government Employees working in Kashmir Valley up to 31.12.2010 for a furthe period of one year with effect from 01.01.2011 to 31.12.2011.

This concessions are available to all Ministries/Departments and PSUs under Government of India.

The details of existing packages are

• Additional HRA and other concessions
• Messing Facilities
• Adjustment of Migrant Employees
• Payment of Leave Salary
• Regularisation of period of Leave
• Relaxation regarding receipt of pension outside the valley
