Immovable Property Return by Group A officers for placing in public domain

Office of the Controller General of Defence Accounts has pointed out that in the case of property return submission of Group A Officers, some officers did not reflect the complete details of the property and reflected terms such as ‘Same as previous year’: or ‘ No change’. CGDA states that such formats are not acceptable.

Latest definition of One Rank One Pension – “OROP implies that uniform pension be paid to the Defence Forces Personnel retiring in the same rank with the same length of service, regardless of their date of retirement, which implies that bridging the gap between the rate of pension of current and past pensioners at periodic intervals”

DA from July 2015 to Armed Forces Personnel orders issued by Govt

Dearness Allowance (DA) payable to Armed Forces Officers and Personnel Below Officer Rank, including Non-Combatants (Enrolled), shall be enhanced from the existing rate of 113% to 119% with effect from 1st July, 2015. The additional instalment of DA payable under these orders shall be paid in cash to all Armed Forces Officers/ PBOR including NCs(E).
