The 900-page report of 7th Pay Commission will recommend pay, allowances, pension and other service matters of as many as 48 lakh serving central government employees and 54 lakh pensioners
Confederation reports that minimum basic pay fixed by 7th pay commission would be around Rs. 21,000 – Even as nation wide protests have been planned on 19th November 2015, 7th CPC report will be submitted shortly
7th Pay Commission Pay Scales, pay and allowances estimated earlier by GConnect was based on dearness allowance of 124% with effect from January 2016. As DA from January 2016 has been estimated to be 125%, earlier estimation of 7th CPC pay Scales has been revised now.

Finance ministry on Monday said the Seventh Pay Commission will be mindful of the fiscal concerns of the government while giving its report on new pay scales and remunerations for central government employees and pensioners.
The 6th Pay Commission in order to fulfill the terms of references, in its report para 3.1.3 recommended for pay parity. The Central Government did not heed to the recommendation and promptly rejected to implement it. Will the present Government do the same?
Should there be any comparison/parity between pay scales and perquisites between Government and the private sector? Experts feel, The integrity of such scheme will remain doubtful in Govt. sector; hence scope and practical aspects for true monitoring of performance of Govt. employee will remain doubtful.
The 7th CPC chairman had informed in a PTI interview earlier that “The Commission will submit its report by the end of September
The Seventh Pay Commission is likely to recommend a substantial pay hike which could be up to 30% or even more, said sources on Thursday.
