Subject: Transfer Establishment: DAD — Hard/Tenure stations.
Reference: This office letter no. 25012/22/AN-X/Unpopular dt. 14/11/2022 and amended from time to time.
Please refer to the communication cited under reference on the above subject. The matter has been further reviewed by the Competent Authority keeping in view administrative constraints.
2. It is stated that individuals who are serving/have served at any of the 56 ‘Hard’ stations and wish to serve again; they are required to serve at one of the ‘Deficient’ stations to become elgible for posting back to ‘Hard’ stations as per HQrs office letter no. 25012 (22 VAN-X/Misc dated 24/3/2023. Officials who have completed the prescribed tenure at ‘Hard’ station irrespective of the office they are presently serving; they have to give their three choice stations to consider their cases for retention/repatriation. Their cases will be considered in the HQrs office in conjunction with the guidelines of posting on sensitive assignments as per administrative feasibility. In case of new recruits and newly promoted AAOs; their cases will be considered as per existing transfer policy guidelines.
