Sub:- Reconciliation of pension debits – Migration from ARPAN to IPAS.
Ref: CRIS letter No.2017/CRIS/NDLS-HQ /AIMS /ARPAN /0059/Pt-1 dated 20.12.2023.
As you are aware, the activity of development of utility for reconciliation of e-pension debit scrolls under IPAS and its integration with Bank’s server was under way at CRIS. Consequent upon readiness of this module, it has now been decided to carry out the pension reconciliation exercise in IPAS. This module (named as ARPAN module under IPAS ) shall also facilitate creation of Pension Revision functionality for employees who retired before the implementation of IPAS and whose pension are yet to be revised.
It is therefore, advised that necessary directives may be issued to all concerned in this regard. ARPAN team of Western Railway may be approached for any support required to Railways during the migration process.
This issues with the approval of competent authority.
