Ministry of Railways has sent a letter to all production units regarding non payment of HRA, Transport Allowance to the trainees who are appointed on compassionate grounds in Grade Pay Rs.1900/-

A copy has already been endorsed to GS/NFIR vide this office letter of even number dated 23.04.2015. (copy enclosed)
