I am directed to refer to NFIRs letter No.1/5(g)/Part-V dated 05.10.2015 on the above subject. In this regard it is stated that the Ministry of Railways have constituted a committee for consideration of the demand for HPCA/PCA to Kitchen Staff on the Railways. The delibrations of the Committee are yet to be received.
