Sub: Certificate course in basics of railway construction project supervision (Civil).

One of the recommendations (Item no. 3.2 – Skilled Personnel) given during Chintan Shivir-2023, held on 1st and 2nd June, 2023 at Manekshaw Centre, New Delhi was regarding introduction of Certification Courses (3 to 6 month) on track by Railway Training centres to ensure availability of skilled supervisors for PSS & PMS.
2. The matter has been considered in Board’s Office, and a 05 day (30 hrs.) certification course for PMS/PSS/Contractors engineers at IRICEN titled “Certificate course in basics of railway construction project supervision (Civil)” prepared by IRICEN and forwarded by NAIR has been approved by Board (Member/Infrastructure).
3. Accordingly, the “Certificate course in basics of railway construction project supervision (Civil)” has been scanned and uploaded under MPP Training Circulars on ‘Indian Railways’ website and can be viewed or downloaded from Railnet.
