OFFICE ORDER

Central Pension Accounting Office is going to organize a Pension Adalat in this office through Video Conferencing on 16th March, 2022 (Wednesday) for prompt and quick redressal of grievances of Central Government Civil Pensioners. For its smooth conduct, a committee under the supervision of Sh. G. P. Gupta, Sr. AO (Pensioners Facilitation & Grievance Management Cell) is constituted with the following 12 members :-

All the committee members are instructed to handle the grievances pertaining to their sections received through Video Conferencing or in person with the help of NIC team (A demo will be provided to the members by NIC, CPAO).

Sh. G. P. Gupta, Sr. AO (Pensioners Facilitation & Grievance Management Cell) is also nominated as Nodal Officer who will coordinate both within CPAO and will also intimate DPPW the Status and number of cases being taken up in the Pension Adalat of CPAO.

This issues with the approval of the Chief Controller(Pensions).
