Subject: Empanelment of HCOs under Continuous Empanelment of Health Care Organizations (HCOs) under CGHS, Chandigarh – regarding

In terms of GOI, MOHFW, Directorate General of CGHS, Office of Director CGHS, Nirman Bhawan, New Delhi letter no. S.11045/ 36/ 20 12-CGHS (HEC) dated 26. 12.2017 the following HCO is empanelled under CGHS w.e.f 23.02.2022 till next extension or new empanelment whichever is earlier.
