In terms of GOI, MOHFW, Directorate General of CGHS, Office of Director CGHS, Nirman Bhawan, New Delhi letter no. $.1 1045/36/2012-CGHS (HEC) dated 26. 12.2017 the following HCO is empanelled under CGHS w.e.f 18.04.2022 till next extension or new empanelment whichever is earlier.
