Sub : Depanelment Order of M/s. Premier Hospital, Hyderabad – Regarding.

Whereas, a Show Cause Notice was issued dated 29.10.2021 to M/s. Premier Hospital, Hyderabad for failing to onboard to NHA portal and complete the onboarding process before 14.11.2021.

Whereas, M/s. Premier Hospital, Hyderabad, failed to adhere to policy of government and extend credit facilities to Pensioner beneficiaries which resulted in many complaints / grievances.

Now, therefore, the name of M/s. Premier Hospital, Hyderabad, is delisted from CGHS Empanelled list.
