का.आ. 2782(अ).-राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 77 के खण्ड (3) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार (कार्य-आबंटन) नियम, 1961 का और संशोधन करने के लिए, निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्:-
1. (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम भारत सरकार (कार्य-आबंटन) तीन सौ छप्पनवां संशोधन नियम, 2020 है।
(2) ये तुरंत प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. भारत सरकार (कार्य-आबंटन) नियम, 1961 में,-
(क) प्रथम अनुसूची में “18. मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय” शीर्षक के स्थान पर “18. शिक्षा मंत्रालय” शीर्षक रखा जाएगा; (ख) द्वितीय अनुसूची में,-
(i) “विदेश मंत्रालय” शीर्षक के अधीन, प्रविष्टि 48 में, “मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय” शब्दों के स्थान पर “शिक्षा मंत्रालय” शब्द रखे जाएंगे;
(ii) “मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय” शीर्षक के स्थान पर “शिक्षा मंत्रालय” शीर्षक रखा जाएगा |

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 14th August, 2020
S.O. 2782(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3) of article 77 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961, namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Three Hundred and Fifty Sixth Amendment Rules, 2020.
(2) They shall come into force at once.
2. In the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules, 1961,-
(A) in THE FIRST SCHEDULE, for the heading ―18. Ministry of Human Resource Development (Manav Sansadhan Vikas Mantralaya), the heading ―18. Ministry of Education (Shiksha Mantralaya) shall be substituted;
(B) in THE SECOND SCHEDULE,–
(i) under the heading ―MINISTRY OF EXTERNAL AFFAIRS (VIDESH MANTRALAYA), in the entry 48, for the words ―Ministry of Human Resource Development, the words ―Ministry of Education shall be substituted;
(ii) for the heading ―MINISTRY OF HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT (MANAV SANSADHAN VIKAS MANTRALAYA), the heading ―MINISTRY OF EDUCATION (SHIKSHA MANTRALAYA) shall be substituted.
