Subject:- Proposal for changing the name of “Bhabhra” Sub Post Office as “Chandra Shekhar Azad Nagar” Sub Post Office, Ratlam Division, Madhya Pradesh.

Kindly refer to Circle Office letter No. Estt/11-02/Change of name of PO/Ch-IV/21-22 dated 02.05.2023 on the subject mentioned above.
2. The approval of the Competent Authority is hereby conveyed for changing the name of “Bhabhra” Sub Post Office as “Chandra Shekhar Azad Nagar” Sub Post Office, Ratlam Division, Madhya Pradesh consequent upon name change of village/town “Bhabhra” in District Alirajpur Madhya Pradesh as “Chandra Shekhar Azad Nagar”, vide Madhya Pradesh Governemnt Gazette (Extraordinary) Notification dated 02.11.22011.
3. Madhya Pradesh Circle is requested to take further necessary action on the subject and ensure that name change of above Sub Post Office is completed in all respects including carrying out changes in name/display boards, name and date stamps, changes in CSI, CBS, RICT and CIS systems etc.
4. This issues with the approval of the competent authority.
