The Ministry of Defence under Government India, has referred to the DOPT’s OM No. 14014/2/2009-Estt(D) dated 3.4.2012 and has again reiterated various clarifications on points of reference relating to compassionate appointments.
The Controller General of Defence Accunts (CGDA) New Delhi, has referred to their clarifications regarding grant of financial upgradation under ACP/MACP Scheme to the inter-departmental transferee, who joined the Defence Accounts Deptt. after availing ACP in the scale, which is lower than the scale in the hierarchy of our department based on the guidelines received from the Ministry through DOP&T
Citing DOPT’s stand to allow Government Employees to travel to NER and J&K by air by converting their home town or All India LTC, following clarifications were sought for with Controller of Defence Accounts, by the employees working under the Controller of Defence Accounts.
