Amendment in Form 5 under Rule 59 of CSS Pension Rules
Department of Pension and Pensioners’ Welfare amends Form 5 under Rule 59 of CSS Pension Rules 1972 in include Anubhav related form
A Notification issued by the Department of Pension and Pensioners’ Welfare has made modifications in the Form 5 and the details of modifications are listed below:

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, dated the 30th March, 2015
G.S.R (E) – In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 and clause (5) of article 148 of the Constitution and after consultation with the Comptroller and Auditor General of India, in relation to persons serving in the Indian Audit and Accounts Department, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Central Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 1972, namely:-
(1) These rules may be called the Central Civil Services (Pension) Amendment Rules, 2015.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
In the Central Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 1972, in Form 5, under the heading “Check List of Documents to be submitted along with Form 5”, after serial number 8 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial number and entry shall be inserted, namely:-
“9. Form for submitting details under ‘Anubhav’ (optional)”
