Reference:- EPFO Head Office Circular No. FIA/11(22)/SOP/Freezing UAN/2022 ( E-49005)/11 dated 22/12/2023

Madam/Sir,

Please refer to FIA Circular dated 22/12/2023 on the captioned subject matter (copy attached) vide which SOP on Freezing/Defreezing the MID/UAN/Establishment duly approved by competent authority has been circulated to all the field functionaries for information and necessary action.

2. In this context, it is to inform that the IS Division has deployed the functionality of executing the above SOP with effect from 30.06.2024.

3. In view of the above, Authorized Officers as indicated in the SOP are requested to use the above said functionality for executing the functions of Freezing/Unfreezing of MID/UAN/Establishment forthwith.
