IRTSA adopted to pursue the demands of Railways Engineers after 7th Pay Commission Recommendations.
RSCWS says that serious inadequacies and injustice have been caused to to the Central Government Pensioners in the 7th Pay Commission Recommendations. The Pensioners associations listed all the points which are against the interest of pensioners and requested for revising those.
Indian Railways Technical Supervisors Association-IRTSA has requested Railway Board to implement recommendations of 7th CPC on the pay level of CMA and they shall be granted pay level equal to the posts which are having the element of direct entry qualification with Graduate in Engineering.

IRTSA (Indian Railways Technical Supervisors Association) has put forth to the Implementation Cell of 7th CPC Recommendations, the anomalies in implementing 7th CPC, requests hike in multiplying factor, Pay level hike, upgradation of posts, hike in allowances, Insurance with LIC would be cheaper compared to CGEGIS etc.
IRTSA-Indian Railways Technical Supervisors Association has submitted a Memorandum to Railway Board regarding anomalies in the 7th CPC recommendations. IRTSA Claims that 5th and 6th CPCs have recommended 40% increase and whereas 7th CPC recommended only 14% which on calculation result in just 5% increase.
Indian Railways Technical Supervisor Association has submitted its representations before the 7th CPC on the clarifications sought by them at the meeting held on 12.12.2014 at Jodhpur.
