Controller General of Defence Accounts issued orders on Compassionate appointment for lifting the time limit of three years as Central Government employees
DOPT has lifted the Three years Time Limit stipulated in the earlier OM No: 14014/19/2002-Estt(D) dated 05.05.2012 consequent on Hon’ble High Court Allahabad Court Judgement dated 07.05.2010 in civil Misc Writ Petition No: 13102 of 2010.
