Subject: Notification of CCS (NPS) Rules by Department of Pension & Pensioners Welfare (DoP&PW) vide its Gazette notification No.227 (E) dated 30.03.2021-reg.
Reference is invited to the gazette notification No.227(E) dated 30.03.2021 of Department of Pension & Pensioners Welfare (DoP&PW) issuing the NPS Rules to the Central government employees who appointed on or after 01.01.2004.
2. The aforesaid gazette notification is available with the public domain at the official web site of § Department of Pension & Pensioners Welfare https://doppw.gov.in/en/circulars-pension. The gazette notification on CCS (NPS) Rules has been issued by DoP&PW for compliance by the nodal offices in the Ministries/Departments.
3. All Pr. CCAs/ CCAs/ CA(ICs) are requested to have access the said notification and issue suitable instructions to their nodal offices under their control for the necessary compliance of the provisions of NPS Rules notified by DoP&PW.
