Allotment in Greater Noida Housing Scheme – Draw of lots

NOTICE

Greater Noida Housing Scheme of CGEWHO was announced on 01/01/2011 and applications were invited for registration from Central Govt. Employees under Priority I category as per CGEWHO rules.

In continuation to all the previous advertisement/Notices released on website/published all the applicants of Greater Noida Housing Scheme of CGEWHO hereby informed that Computerized Draw will be held at 1000 hrs for Type “A”, 1200 hrs for Type “B”, 1430 hrs for Type “C” and 1600 hrs for Type “D” applicants on 28/09/2012 (Friday) in the office of CGEWHO at address given above in the presence officer nominated by the M/o Housing & Urban Poverty Alleviation.  Final list of applicants considered for the draws published on the CGEWHO website.

It is further informed that GNIDA vide is letter no. Niyo/2012/BP­-2836/PA-5055 dated 19/7/2012 has accorded approval in principal towards increase in FAR from 150 to 275.  Accordingly, No. of DU(s) are likely to be increased to 2130 tentatively against 1240 DUs as advertised earlier on  01/01/2011. The DU(s) will be built in high rise configuration with provision of lifts and the no(s)/areas are likely to vary as per final approval of plans by GNIDA.

In view of GNIDA’s approval in principle for FAR as mentioned above, 2130 dwelling units (tentative/likely to change as per final approval of Plan by GNIDA) are feasible. Thus instead of 1240 applicants for registration and 2060 waiting list as advertised in the initial advertisement released on 01/10/2011, Computerised Draw shall be conducted for registration of 2130 dwelling units keeping a wait list of 10% applicants in each type of dwelling units based on subscription, in case the type of dwelling units are over-subscribed.
