Child Care Leave for All India Service Officers
The Department of Personnel and Training (DOP&T), has referred its OM No. 13010/17/2010 Estt. (Leave) dated 30.12.10 and clarified that the clarifications on Child Care Leave contained in the said O.M. are also applicable to members of all India Services.

My wife is working in State Bank of India and CCL facility is not provided in banks. In my office, whose childrem are studing in 10th or 12th classes, All ladies have gone to CCL for2-3 months. My elder son is going to appear for exam for 12th class and younger son for 10th class. Please clarify Why I sould not get CCL, if my wife is not eligible for this??? This may kindly be treated as most urgent.
