Increase in Dearness Allowance from 1st January 2016 for Railway Employees – Railway Board Order
All Railway Employees would be entitled to Dearness Allowance of 125% with effect from 1st January 2016 as per Railway Board Order No. 32/2016
DA for Bank Employees – Increase of 28 slab in Feb to Apr 2016
In terms of clause 7 of the 10th Bipartite Settlement dated 25.05.2015 and clause 3 of the Joint Note dated 25.05.2015, the rate of Dearness Allowance payable to workmen and officer employees for the quarter February to April 2016 shall be 42.60% of ‘Pay’ against 39.80% of ‘Pay’ applicable for the previous quarter.
Increase in Dearness Allowance from 01.07.2015 for Tamilnadu State Govt Pensioners
TN State Pensioners to get revised DA with effect from 01.07.2015. Tamilnadu Government has issued an order raising the DA from 113% to 119%. While arriving at the revised Dearness Allowance, fraction of a rupee shall be rounded off to the next higher rupee if such fraction is 50 paise and above and shall be ignored if it is less than 50 paise.
DA from July 2015 to Armed Forces Personnel orders issued by Govt
Dearness Allowance (DA) payable to Armed Forces Officers and Personnel Below Officer Rank, including Non-Combatants (Enrolled), shall be enhanced from the existing rate of 113% to 119% with effect from 1st July, 2015. The additional instalment of DA payable under these orders shall be paid in cash to all Armed Forces Officers/ PBOR including NCs(E).
Increase in Dearness Allowance from 1st July 2015 for Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS)
Department of Posts has announced the eligibility of Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS) also become entitled to the payment of Dearness Allowances on basis TRCA at the revised rate with effect from 01.07.2015. Gramin Dak Sevaks shall be enhanced from the existing rate of 113% to 119%
Increase in DA from July 2015 for CPSE Employees

Revised DA from July 2015 for Central Government Employees drawing 5th CPC Pay
Finance Ministry recently issued order for revised DA from July 2015 to 119% for employees who are presently getting 6th CPC Pay. In respect of Central Govt and Central Autonomous Bodies employees who draw their pay in the pre-revised scale as per 5th CPC is revised now to 234%
