Please connect Board’s letter ibid seeking status of Pension Revision as per 7th CPC recommendations. The reports from few Railways have been received and it is seen that the progress made is meager. ARPAN report also reveals that there are 21000 cases (PSB cases) approximately pending initiation of revision at Personnel Branch. Besides, there are 9900(other than PSB cases) pending revision. As has been stated in the above referred letter, AIRF and NFIR are expressing their concern over this pendency position.
