Subject: – Extension in prescribed timelines for writing Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APARs) of top management incumbents of Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs) for the year 2021-22.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even no. dated 9 April 2019 , 27th December 2022 & 9th March 2023 and to state that it has been decided to further extend the timelines for writing APARs of top management incumbents of CPSEs for the year 2021-22 in the following manner:-
| Activity | Extended Cut-off date | Further Extended Date |
| Appraisal by Reporting Authority | 15th March, 2023 | 15th May, 2023 |
| Appraisal by Reviewing Authority | 30th March, 2023 | 31st May, 2023 |
| Appraisal by Accepting Authority | 15th April, 2023 | 15th June, 2023 |
2. All the administrative Ministries/Departments are requested to take note of the above relaxation and take further necessary action in this regard.
