LDCE 2003-Non availability of sufficient number of vacancies
It is informed by DOPT that SSC has furnished a merit wise list containing the names of 132 candidates who had qualified the LDCE, 2003 and their dossiers were called for by SSC but could not be recommended for appointment due to a non-availability of sufficient number of vacancies in the select list year 2003 under LDCE mode for UDC.

OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Extension of Select List 2003 of UDCs of CSCS- regarding.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 4.5.2012 on the subject mentioned above.
2. SSC has now furnished a merit wise list containing the names of 132candidates who had qualified the LDCE, 2003 and their ACR dossiers were called for by the Staff Selection Commission but could not be recommended for appointment due to non-availability of sufficient number of vacancies in the Select List year 2003under LDCE mode for UDC (copy enclosed).
3. All cadre units are requested to confirm that the candidates mentioned in the list are still in CSCS cadre and furnish the information in the enclosed proforma.
