The Tamil Nadu Government has issued orders for grant of bonus for workers and employees of Public Sector Undertakings in Tamilnadu. As per these orders, all workers and employees of State Public Sector Undertakings who are drawing a Grade pay of Rs. 4300 in the scale of pay of Rs.9300-34800 and below (Pre-revised scale – Rs. 5300-150-8300 and below)
The Government of West Bengal has considered extending of benefits of the West Bengal Health Scheme, 2008 to the retired members of All India Services who rendered services in the affairs of the State and not enrolled under the Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS). Now, the Government of West Bengal has Decided to extend the benefits of the West Bengal Health Scheme, 2008 to such retired members of All India Services on payment of one-time contribution of Rs. 40,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand) only.
The provisions under Section 22 to Section 27 of Income tax Act, covers deduction of interest on house loan from the total income. But, these provisions do not allow direct deduction of house loan interest from the income. The deduction is actually allowed while we incur net loss on house property.
