DA from January 2016 for Defence Personnel (Armed Forces Officers and PBOR)
All Defence Personnel and Pensioners are paid Dearness Allowance / Dearness Relief on the basis of AICPI-IW (2001=100) at par with Central Government Employees

Increase in Dearness Allowance from 01.07.2015 for Tamilnadu State Govt Pensioners
TN State Pensioners to get revised DA with effect from 01.07.2015. Tamilnadu Government has issued an order raising the DA from 113% to 119%. While arriving at the revised Dearness Allowance, fraction of a rupee shall be rounded off to the next higher rupee if such fraction is 50 paise and above and shall be ignored if it is less than 50 paise.
