2. Eligibility Criteria

a. Age Limit:

  • Minimum Age: 21 years
  • Maximum Age: Varies by post:
    • Deputy Manager (E-1 Level): Maximum 30 years
    • Manager (E-2 Level): Maximum 31 years
    • Senior Manager (E-3 Level): Maximum 34 years
    • Age relaxations are applicable as per government norms for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates.

b. Educational Qualifications:

  • Deputy Manager (E-1 Level):
    • B.E./ B.Tech./ B.Sc. (Engineering) in Electronics & Telecom, Telecom, Computer Science, IT, Electrical, or equivalent.
    • Certification in relevant fields (Microsoft, Oracle, VMware, etc.) is mandatory.
  • Manager (E-2 Level):
    • B.E./ B.Tech./ B.Sc. (Engineering) in relevant disciplines as mentioned above.
    • Mandatory certifications such as Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), or relevant DevOps certifications.
  • Senior Manager (E-3 Level):
    • Higher level certifications like Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), Azure Administrator, or AI Specialist certification for IT professionals.

c. Experience:

  • Post-qualification experience of 2-6 years in relevant fields (based on the level of the position). Experience in Central/State Govt., PSU, or private companies with a turnover of ₹300 crore or more is mandatory.

4. Selection Process

  • Mode of Selection: Based on an interview. A skill test/written test may also be conducted if the number of applicants is high.
  • Total Marks:
    • Skill/Written Test: 150 marks
    • Interview: 50 marks
  • Minimum qualifying marks: 60% (180/300 marks) for final empanelment.
