Sub: Proposal for amendment in the item at Sr. No.44 of MSOP, Part-A for Emergency Execution of Service Contract.

Ref: GM/WR’s DO No. M 442/19/4 (Linen Mgt) dated 05.04.2022.

Vide reference above, GM/Western Railway has proposed amendment in item at Sr. No. 44 of MSOP-2018, Part-A for Emergency Execution of Service Contract as one time measure to restore the linen services that were in force prior to COVID-19.

The matter has been examined and the following modified provisions have been approved:

Item at Sr. No. 44 of MSOP, Part-A

Note: All other terms & conditions of Item at Sr. No. 44 of MSOP, Part-A shall remain same.

This issues with the concurrence of Finance Directorate and approval of Board Member Finance).
