A copy of Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs (MoH&UA)’s OM No.1- 17011/2(2)/2019-H.III dated 01.10.2019 regarding modification to para-7(i) of their OM No. 1- 17011/11(4)/2016-H.III dated 09.11.2017 on House Building Advance Rules-2017 circulated to Railways/PUs vide Board’s letter of even no. dated 05.12.2017, is enclosed. The modification shall be applicable mutatis-mutandis on the Railways.
