Kindly refer to Boardās letters of even no. dated 02.02.2023 and 13.04.2023 (copies enclosed) on the subject mentioned above wherein all Zonal Railways & PUās have been advised to make use of the opportunity being presented by way of the large DR panel for considering the pending transfer applications. Both the staff federations have also requested for expeditious disposal of transfer requests in wake of a large panel made available through RRB/RRC. It is presumed that necessary action is being taken by the Railways in the matter. It is reiterated that the transfer cases may be processed on priority wherever feasible.
Further, it is also advised that all mutual transfers cases pending for NOC may be finalized on priority. Attention in this connection is invited to DG/HRās DO letter no. E(NG)I/2022/TR/39 dated 23.12.2022 to the General Managers.
