Sub: Clarification regarding holding of Pension Adalats on Indian Railways.

Queries are being received from the Railways regarding holding of Pension Adalats on 15th December of current year, as stipulated in the Master Circular No. 08/2019 as Special Pension Adalats were held as per the directives of DoP&PW. In this regard, it may be noted that Pension Adalats are to be held on 15th of December every year by the Railways/PUs, as per instructions contained in aforesaid Master Circular.

2. The Railways/PUs may take necessary action for holding the Pension Adalats if not already initiated.
