Sub: Exemption from the routine exercise of transfer/rotational transfer.
Ref: Railway Board’s RBE No. 59/2023 and RBE No. 74/2023 dated 24.04.2023 and 08.06.2023 respectively.

Kindly refer to RBE No. 59/2023 and RBE No. 74/2023 (copies enclosed) on the subject mentioned above wherein instructions regarding transfer/posting of physically handicapped Railway servants and government employees who are caregiver of dependent daughter/ son/ parents/ spouse/ brother/ sister have been reiterated. The Hon’ble Court of Chief Commissioner for Persons With Disabilities in case no 14109/1022/2023 regarding provisions relating to transfer of PwD employees has desired that suitable instructions be issued to all concerned for strict compliance of provisions relating to transfer of PwD employees.
2. Extant instructions on the subject, compiled and issued vide RBE No. 59/2023 and 74/2023, again stands reiterated for strict compliance.
