Sub: 68th Railway Week Central Function — Ati Vishisht Rail Seva Puraskar (AVRSP), 2023.
Enclosed is a list of officers/staff who have been selected for ‘Ati Vishisht Rail Seva Puraskar (AVRSP)-2023’. Railway wise Awardees list is enclosed at Annexure-I and Category wise break-up of awardees is enclosed at Annexure-II.
2. In case of correction(s), if any, in respect of spelling or designation etc as per list indicated in Annexure-I or II for above award, the same may be advised at email neenakandpal.rb[at]gov.in as early as possible for information and necessary action.
3. If there is any change regarding D&AR or Vigilance Clearance status of selected awardees, the same may be advised immediately to Board’s Office for further necessary action.
4. The award presentation function would be held at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi on 15th December, 2023 from 17:00 hrs onwards. Detailed guidelines/directions for the awardees for attending the function are attached at Annexure-III.
