Subject: Processing of Pension Claims though SPARSH for Civilian Pensioners – Reg.

NIC VPN services to access SPARSH application was given to your organisation as an interim measure considering then availability of DAD WAN nodes and the restrictions during pandemic situation in the country. Now. DAD WAN nodes have increased. Therefore. access to SPARSH application will be only through DAD WAN wef. 12.01.2024,

2. To facilitate your organisation to process claims on SPARSH arrangement has been made to access SPARSH application through nearby DAD office. HOOs under your organisation have been mapped with the nearby DAD offices and list is attached herewith at Annexure A. List of Nodal officers nominated in various DAD offices for liasioning by HOOs is attached herewith at Annexure B.

3. Users who have been assigned the work for processing of pension claims on SPARSH may be directed to approach designated DAD offices. The HOO users can use their existing login credentials for accessing SPARSH application.
