Sub: Processing of payment of gratuity for the service rendered under Hand Receipt/Muster Roll/Daily Rated before grant of temporary status/regularization of Work Charged/Regular Classified Staff -reg.
The undersigned is directed to refer to the subject mentioned above and to say that the Directorate requires data/information of all such worker who are being paid gratuity for the service rendered under Hand Receipt/Muster Roll/Daily Rated before grant of temporary status/regularization of Work Charged/Regular Classified Staff. Therefore it is requested to provide the compiled data/information(region wise) that how many such type of cases/individuals are there whose payment of gratuity for the service rendered under Hand Receipt/Muster Roll/Daily Rated before grant of temporary status/regularization Staff is. still pending/being processed/ will be processed in future. The information is required for all such workers with details of their date of superannuation. The information complete in all respect may be provided by 17th May 2024.
