All Central Civil Pensioners are informed that the Central Pension Accounting Office is going to organize a “Pension Adalat”, which will be held on 16th March, 2022 at 10:30 AM. through Video Conferencing facility.

Therefore, all Central Civil Pensioners/Family Pensioners (except Railway, Defence, Post and Telegraph) may visit to register their grievances on CPAO website http://cpao.nic.in or send their grievance filled in the prescribed format through e-mail to Sr. Accounts Officer, Grievance Cell at [email protected] or via post to this office by 06th March, 2022. The prescribed format is available at CPAO website. To participate in Pension Adalat, a link will be sent one day before the Pension Adalat on your registered mobile number or e-mail. The resolution of grievance registered through this link will be done through video conferencing facility in the Pension Adalat. Please mention your 12 digit PPO Number, Account Number, Contact Address and telephone Number, E-mail ID if available along with your grievance. If the grievance is being sent by post, then “Pension Adalat-2022” may be superscripted on top of envelope.

सभी केंद्रीय सिविल पेंशनरों को सूचित किया जाता है कि केन्द्रीय पेंशन लेखा कार्यालय एक पेंशन अदालत आयोजित करने जा रहा है जो कि दिनांक 16 मार्च, 2022 को सुबह 10:30 बजे केन्द्रीय पेंशन लेखा कार्यालय, भीकाजी कामा प्लेस, त्रिकूट-2, नई दिल्‍ली-110066 द्वारा वीडियो कॉफ्रेसिंग (Video Conferencing) के माध्यम से आयोजित की जाएगी

अतः सभी केन्द्रीय सिविल सेवानिवृत्त कर्मचारियो (रेलवे, रक्षा,पोस्ट एवं टेलीग्राफ को छोडकर) से अनुरोध किया जाता है कि वे अपनी शिकायत CPAO वैबसाइट https://cpao.nic.in पर जाकर दर्ज कर सकते है या वरिष्ठ लेखा अधिकारी (शिकायत अनुभाग) को ई-मेल (cccpaoa[at]nic.in) अथवा डाक के माध्यम से निर्धारित प्रारूप में भरकर इस कार्यालय में दिनांक 06 मार्च 2022 तक भेज सकते है। निर्धारित प्रारूप CPAO वैबसाइट पर उपलब्ध है। पेंशन अदालत में भाग लेने के लिए, आपके मोबाइल नंबर और ई-मेल पर पेंशन अदालत के एक दिन पहले एक लिंक भेजा जाएगा। इस लिंक के माध्यम से पंजीकृत शिकायत का समाधान दिनांक 16 मार्च 2022 को आयोजित होने वाली पेंशन अदालत में वीडियो कोंफ्रेसिंग सुविधा के माध्यम से किया जाएगा। अपनी शिकायत विवरण के साथ 12 अंको की पी0पी0ओ0 संख्या (PPO No.), बैंक खाता संख्या, संपर्क का पता एवं दूरभाष संख्या (ई-मेल यदि उपलब्ध है)। जरूर प्रेषित करें। यदि शिकायत डाक के माध्यम से भेजी जा रही है तो बंद लिफाफे के शीर्ष पर “पेंशन अदालत 2022″ अभिलेखित करें।
